Every Bhuvana Arts piece is handmade and personalised just for you, so personalised items usually can’t be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you approved, please message us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.

Cancellations

Please contact us quickly if you need to cancel – once production has started we may not be able to cancel a personalised order.
